All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Shipping fee: €12.95
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your package.

    • Confirmation of your return request
    • Return address
    • Special instructions if needed (especially for fragile items)
  3. Ship the Product Back

    Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging. We recommend:

    • Using bubble wrap for fragile items
    • Requesting a tracking number for your shipment
    • Paying for return shipping (unless the return is due to our error)
  4. Receive Your Refund or Replacement

    Once we receive and inspect your return:

    • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
    • Exchanges: New item shipped within 1-2 business days after approval

    Note: Your bank may take an additional 1-2 business days to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene considerations, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Koffielepels (Coffee spoons)
  • Lepels (Spoons)
  • Longdrinklepels (Long drink spoons)

Special Note for Fragile Items: Our tableware collection (plates, cups, bowls) is of high quality but delicate. Please inspect these products immediately upon receipt and report any shipping damage within 48 hours.

Can I exchange a product for a different one?

Yes, you can. Please clearly state in your email which product you would like as a replacement. We will send you a payment link if there is a price difference.
